Rules for Referring a Gift

1). All referrals must be in VIDEO GRAM form or placed in the giant gift box at any Gifts & Grams event.
2). Gifts can only be referred to Schools, Programs, Sports Teams, Church, Communities, etc.
No individual is allowed to be referred.
3). Only those NOT affiliated can refer.
For Example: A sports team cannot be referred by the head coach, assistant coach, nor a team member, but can be referred by a parent or team supporter.
4). REFERRALS MUST REMAIN ANONYMOUS. Once the referral has been successfully submitted, the receiver is not to know who referred the gift. The sender will be contacted by the Foundation for further information. The receiver will also be contacted to be informed that a gift has been referred. The sender will NOT be revealed until the gift is being issued.
5). All contact information giving must be correct and accurate.
6). If a VIDEO GRAM is not uploaded to gifts.grams@gmail.com the referral does NOT count and will NOT be included in the gift donation.
7). Qualified selections of referrals placed in the gift box will be drawn through a live video feed on The Gifts & Grams Foundation page on either Face Book or Instagram. (The site will be posted ahead of time).
8). If you and your program, organization, church, sports team, community center etc, is chosen to receive a gift donation, please show an extreme amount of excitement once you see the founder of the foundation enter the room with the giant check. There will be cameras and every donation will be recorded. Excitement is the foundations way of showing support.

Instructions for Referring a Gift
​
Recording yourself speaking into the camera, you must explain to whom you would like to refer a gift, and for what reasons.
After your video is recorded, send an email to gifts.grams@gmail.com including your current contact information, and the video attachment.
Once the video is sent, it will be considered a VIDEO GRAM and your gift referral will be successfully submitted.
